Our sustainability approach builds on foundations stretching back two decades, guided by extensive stakeholder input and externally audited to the highest standards.

We believe that Scottish Leather Group is the industry’s most advanced environmental supply partner, providing reassurance through our perseverance and long-standing dedication to environmental sustainability.

Key progress against our targets

We have made key progress against our targets over the past 12 months.

90% on way to our 2025 target to reach 100% zero Green House Gas emissions across Scope 1 & 2.
89% on way to our 2025 target of zero waste to landfill, an increase from 77% last year, meaning that 89% of our waste is recycled or recovered through our processes.
